Our CARE Program keeps your property looking its best year-round with regular, scheduled cleaning. We take the hassle out of exterior maintenance by automating the process — from roof soft washing to driveway cleaning — while you rest easy knowing your property is always looking its absolute best.
- We schedule and coordinate your cleaning four times per year
- All flat surfaces, fences, and pavers cleaned with a gentle 1% bleach solution
- Shingle roofs treated once a year with an oil-based product to enhance color and granule adhesion
- Tile roofs maintained with a 1% bleach solution
- Wax-based washing agent protects the house, gutters, windows, and screen enclosures
- Roof debris blow-off available up to once a month on request
- Additional monthly touch-ups available (up to one hour included)

How many technicians will be on the job?
The number of technicians varies depending on the scope of work. Generally, one to two technicians will handle each project.
How do I pay for the services?
The CARE program requires a one-time deposit followed by a monthly fee deducted through autopay. Payment options do not include quarterly or yearly billing.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No, our CARE program has no contract or cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime without penalty.
What happens if plants near the cleaning area show signs of distress?
We follow industry best practice to protect your landscaping. If any plants experience distress due to our cleaning process, let us know immediately. We will monitor the plants for 90 days to see if they recover; if not, we will replace them as needed.
What type of cleaning solution do you use on my property?
Our cleaning solution contains 1% bleach, 1% soap, and 98% water — a milder alternative to the standard bleach mix, ensuring effective but gentle cleaning.
Do you pressure wash?
No, we use a low-pressure soft washing method to protect your property's surfaces.
Will the cleaning solution affect concrete or windows?
We monitor the cleaning solution closely to prevent any reaction with concrete. If you notice a film on windows after our service, please inform us and we'll address it.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be on-site during your scheduled cleaning.
What results should I expect after the first treatment?
After the first treatment you'll notice a significant improvement in the cleanliness of surfaces like roofs, sidewalks, and driveways. With each scheduled visit, our cleaning continues to refine and enhance these results for a consistently fresh, well-maintained look over time.
Will windows be crystal-clear after cleaning?
While we do not remove paint overspray or calcium deposits, windows should not appear hazy. Let us know if you see any haze and we'll be happy to address it.
